Terms of Service
Last updated: October 08, 2026 • Applicable to the BandLink (Setlist Band Manager) mobile app and website.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the BandLink mobile application (Google Play package com.setlistbandmanager.com) or accessing www.bandlink.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to all provisions of these terms, please do not use the application or related web services.
2 Description of Services
BandLink provides specialized management and networking tools tailored for musicians, live bands, and stage performers:
Live Repertoire & Stage Tools
Custom setlists, smart chord transposition in real-time, hands-free autoscroll by BPM/tempo, integrated metronome, and gig schedule management with cache division.
Musicians Network & Community
Player profiles, instrument and influence search by city, audition postings for bands, candidate scanning, and real-time collaboration between band leaders and members.
3 Registration, Accounts & Security
You can utilize primary offline features without an account. However, publishing announcements, connecting with musicians in your city, or synchronizing repertoire across devices requires registering an account.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide true and accurate information when registering via email or Google Sign-In.
- Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- Account Recovery: Account recovery is available through one-time verification codes sent to your registered email address.
- Minimum Age: The service is designed for users aged 13 and older. Minors must use the platform with parental consent.
4 User Content & Live Performance Rights
Users retain full ownership of their original content (such as personal annotations, private arrangements, band descriptions, and profile information).
Third-Party Songs & Chords: BandLink serves strictly as a private rehearsal tool, personal digital binder, and stage viewer. It is the sole responsibility of the performer or venue to ensure compliance with copyright laws and local performance collection societies (such as ECAD, ASCAP, BMI, SGAE) regarding public performances.
BandLink does not sell musical recordings, publish sheet music catalogs, or monetize private user repertoires.
5 Community Code of Conduct
The musicians network was built to promote respectful, professional artistic collaboration. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Publishing hate speech, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content;
- Posting fraudulent gig offers, deceptive audition postings, or spamming musicians;
- Attempting to breach security, reverse engineer services, or overload platform infrastructure;
- Impersonating other musicians, bands, or organizations without authorization.
Violating accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
6 Local Storage & Cloud Synchronization
BandLink features an offline-first architecture, keeping your active repertoire locally available on your device so that you can perform reliably without internet connection during rehearsals and live gigs.
Cloud synchronization occurs upon user command or when collaborating within an online band. Users are encouraged to maintain active backups to safeguard their musical catalog in case of device replacement or hardware failure.
7 Platform Intellectual Property
All proprietary rights relating to BandLink, including trademarks, logos, visual layouts, user interface designs, software architecture, and source code, are the exclusive property of its creators and protected by international intellectual property laws.
8 Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain high service availability and uninterrupted performance:
- We do not warrant that service operations will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted during unforeseen network outages;
- We are not responsible for private financial arrangements, verbal gig agreements, or cache splits made between musicians through community classifieds;
- We are not liable for data loss caused by device malfunction, hardware failure, or unintended app removal without prior backups.
9 Account Termination & Deletion
You may close your account at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting allisonrps@gmail.com. Upon account closure, all associated cloud records and public network postings will be permanently expunged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer protection and digital framework legislation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
